Once upon a time, in the charming school of Goatzit, in the land of NotQuite-There, a little boy called Estebán was playing in the garden. Goatzit was a boarding school for gifted boys. The best part of this place was the stables and other fenced areas where marvellous animals lived. Two of them were Pipiti and Popiti.
Every morning Estebán fed the goats and played with them. But, one day, he noticed that Pipiti’s left horn was broken. “Oh, Pipiti, who did this to you?”, he said. Popiti, then, bawled trying to show him something, but Estebán remained unfazed. Popiti tried again, and had no answer. He was fixated on Pipiti’s situation.
Suddenly, in a very audacious maneuver, Popiti got behind Estebán, lowered its head between his legs and threw Estebán in the air, making him perfectly land on its back, ready to ride.
A new adventure had begun: Pipiti, Popiti and Estebán started running along the Happy River, jumping over stones, going under branches and singing with the birds. Estebán was afraid, but, at the same time, excited to discover what was coming.
Then, minutes later, the three friends had arrived at a mysterious cave. “Pipiti! Popiti! Where are we? What do you want from here?”. In the entry of the cave, the boy could already hear the sound of a waterfall. Popiti put him on the floor and he started walking, guided by his friends.
The cave was getting dark, but there was a soft light coming from the middle of the waterfall that was showing them the right way. Getting closer, Estebán could see: it was the missing piece of Pipiti’s horn. He took it in his hands and understood the message: “they brought me here to help them!”.
Happy with the adventure, he came to Pipiti completely wet and fixed its horn. The goat was so happy! Immediately, he saw a new and glowing horn being formed, full of colours and iridescent. “Oh my God! You are magic animals!”.
He knew the meaning of that: in Goatzit, if a student could find a real magic animal, he could ask it for something that he truly wanted. Probably this is the reason why, nowadays, Estebán is the happiest man in NotQuite-There.
